Blackboard Access to Documents on Cloud Storage Services

Question:
Can I upload documents from my University of Phoenix (UOPX)-provided Office 365 OneDrive to an assignment in Blackboard?
Answer:
Yes. Assignment files can be uploaded to Blackboard from the following sources:
  • Computer desktop or folders
  • Microsoft OneDrive Personal
  • Microsoft OneDrive Business
    • Note: This is the version of OneDrive supplied to UOPX students and faculty
  • Dropbox
  • Google Drive
To submit assignment files from a cloud source such as OneDrive, follow these steps:
  1. Navigate to the assignment 
  2. Click Start Attempt or Continue attempt 
  3. Select Add Content 
  4. Click the Plus (+) sign above the text box 
  5. Select Insert from Cloud Storage 
  6. Select a Cloud Storage service 
  7. A new window will open
  8. In this new window, sign in with the Username and Password associated with the Cloud Service you selected
Additional Information:
Note: Students and faculty members are allowed to connect more than one Cloud Storage account.  If an account needs to be removed, please follow these steps: 
  1. Navigate to the assignment 
  2. Click Start Attempt or Continue attempt 
  3. Select Add Content
  4. Click the Plus (+) sign above the text box 
  5. Select Insert from Cloud Storage 
  6. Select a Cloud Storage service 
  7. The Cloud Storage account you are logged into will appear 
  8. Click on the account name on the top left 
  9. Select Accounts 
  10. Click the red x next to the logged-in account 
  11. Click OK to remove the account
